Security Income in completing necessary forms and securing required evidence.
Answers questions regarding entitlement and coverage under Health Insurance
(Medicare). Benefits include Medicare Part A (hospital insurance) that helps
pay for your care while in a participating hospital or skilled nursing facility
and for home-health and related services after you leave the hospital or
nursing home. Medicare Part B (medical insurance) that helps pay your doctor
bills and bills for many other medical services, such as outpatient care,
X-ray treatments and purchase or rental of durable medical equipment. Receives
and processes post-entitlement reports that may affect eligiblity and benefit
amounts, i.e., income, death, change of address, etc. Birth certificates
are necessary for benefits and can be obtained through your state represenatitve's
local office.
