As we look Foward
Little
can be said as we, the class of nineteen fifty-eight,
await graduation day with mixed emotions. The time has
come when we must realize that our childhood is at
last behind
us, our adulthood confronting us. We may be "little ships
sailing out into the great sea of life." but it is also
true that we, after twelve years of instruction and
careful guidance,
are now ready to accept our responsibility as young men
and women.

| Graduation time now is here;
We must leave dear old L.H.S.
As we go on our seperate ways,
We'll recall the days we all loved best,
As our school days come to an end
We bid adieu to all our friends,
And go onward, onward each day,
As graduates of L.H.S.
We will miss you Alama Mater, dear
As we go each to seek his fame.
You will live on eternally;
We'll always be proud of your name,
We've been aided along our way
By teachers so true, all helpful each day.
And the things they've presneted to us
Are the lights that will bring the dawn.
