Rotary’s Littlestown Area School District ongoing projects:

Students of the Month at Littlestown High School. Acknowledge two per month per school year. These are chosen by the teachers of Littlestown High School..

Scholarships to Graduating Seniors. Two to three $1,000 scholarships per year. One or two are picked by a group of Rotarians from a number of applicants provided by the school. On some years a $1,000 scholarships also provided to an outstanding Interact president.

Support Littlestown High School Interact Club, which has been one of the more active Interact Clubs in the area.

Support of the Junior Achievement Program in Littlestown School District. Providing classroom facilitators for program. Helping with Biztown in York on days that Littlestown’s students participate.
A special thank you John Adamik for setting up and implementing the Junior Achievement Program at Littlestown and chairing the Local Rotary Junior Achievement Program and thank you Karen Breighner for coordinating with school over the last several years. Thanks to the many Rotarians who have served as facilaitators in the classroom and those who have helped with the Biztown project.
