Our senior citizens are too often over-looked when it comes to assessing their true worth within the communnitty. The thoughts, experiences and aspirations of this vital segment of our population are necessary for any healthy society to grow and flourish. This resource guide is a response to the need for a compilation of benefits, opportunities and services for seniors and their families here in the 91st Legislative District, Adams and Franklin Counties.

Pennsylvania has the second highest number of elderly citizens in the nation. The necessity of providing for this growing constituency to help increase their important social contributions and maintain their cotinued well-being should be s legitimate goal for all of us to achieve.
